E-commerce, Social content and SOA.

Roadmap for 2012 is done, and now it's time to slide-forward the calendar year. We have planned-out three core-directions for our endeavours and experiments: Social Networking, E-commerce and Service Oriented Architechture.

E-commerce. IMAWI Lab will continue working on a new e-commerce platform, which will bring the online shopping experience yet one step closer to real life fun, experience. We may open-up some minor detail of our S-commerce platform: Real-time product share and popup display between socially connected members of the site. Usage of single or divided cart, payment, shipment etc...
We’ll aim to deliver the first version of the platform on July 2012.

However, our approach to social networking is different and our new platform will have a different privacy and niche audience management. Monetizing feature will be completely different and customisable. We’re looking forward launching our service mid 2012.

SOA. At IMAWI Labs we have successfully transformed some of our client websites into services, where Information is being authenticated, loaded and displayed depending on parameters described in technical protocols and contract. Now it comes very handy using ESB services (replacing initial ETL’s), which takes care of data information, standardization, protocols, authentication and much-much more... Careful implementation of text mining engines and multi-dimensional data-banks will give web applications robustness, efficiency and limitless customization...
